Best Jobs in America

Glassdoor ranks PT the 19th best job in America. However, the average salary of $64,000 seems low to me. That seems to be about the average entry level salary from what I’ve heard from my peers. I wonder if that’s because we have some East Coast inflation bias, or if it’s because the number includes several part time PTs. What do you think?

I am about to begin my junior year in high school! What should I do to begin the process in becoming a PT? Also, what did you major in for your undergraduate degree?:) Thank you! To begin becoming a PT, you should check out schools on the APTA’s website, and you should also find a PT in your area to shadow or work for.
